Director Indian GSI Business Development Citrix Bangalore

This position requires an experienced strategic alliance director with strong business development experience. The ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker with a record of building successful business development partnerships. A background and knowledge of IT industry, virtualization, cloud and networking markets with practical experience building and driving global partnership go-to-market plans with large global GSI partners Experience in leveraging strong strategic, operational and organizational skills to define strategy and business plan. Strong communication skills and comfort working at senior executive levels to shape and align the strategic agenda of Citrix and partner companies.
Recognizes new value-generating opportunities in the context of a broad and deep partnership and realizes the opportunity by translating concepts and conversations into concrete plans.

Builds operational plans for discrete projects in the partnership. Proactively works with others to effectively integrate development activities cross-functionally.
Works with program teams to build and analyze alternative and backup scenarios as appropriate.
Regularly and proactively considers challenge points and opportunities for acceleration, communicating each to stakeholders.
Ensures that appropriate progress is being made against defined strategies; proactively identifies and raises issues and provides recommendations for resolutions.
Facilitates communication to ensure efficient integration of cross-functional activities associated with the development program and fosters strong relationships with external and internal team members.
Work with Indian GSIs to incorporate Citrix technology into service offerings
Drive and lead senior executive governance at WW and Geo levels
Directly engage Citrix GEO sales organizations on account opportunities. Manage and track partner opportunities as part of partner business plan. Team with the geos.
Execute against goals and expectations that exceed team and Citrix corporate objectives.
Develop and execute specific partner & business plans for designated partners that exceed team goals.
Manage process of getting SI services integrated with Citrix offerings and follow through to be sure that effective go to market actions take place to promote the combined solutions.
Ensures appropriate follow-up and escalates issues when necessary.
Works with teams to maximize scientific and commercial value.
Applies energy and commitment to excellence in all endeavors.
