The Supply Chain Director has the overall responsibility for identifying the business needs, deploying and implementing the annual plans to deliver service, cost, productivity, and quality, innovation and OSHE targets for the sites as a SC partner of the Country Chairman and the Board. Responsible for leading the end to end SC activities in the country. The SC
Partner and execute the Regional and Global SC strategies
Operational responsibility for local Make, Plan, Deliver, Customer Service, SHEQ as well as CAPEX responsibility of executing projects
Own the Supply Chain budget and ensure delivery against plans.
Ensure service rendered to customers, both internal and international to be at a level of quality above expectations in order to accelerate sales growth, build reputation and continuously improve to better deliver the company CCFOT targets
Drive S&OP and Order to Cash Management within excellence framework
Drive Resource planning and People development.
Manage VIP projects
Ensure that the agreed production plans including: products, promotions and innovations satisfy the market requirements.
Ensure all projects related to new launches and re launches pertaining to the site innovations & hitting the market as per the agreed time.
Manage crisis and product recalls

Required Skills and Qualifications:
ESSENTIAL
Engineering University degree, Supply Chain (APICS etc) qualification advantage
10 - 12 Years experience in Supply Chain (Make/Technology, SHE, Quality, Plan, Deliver)
PREFERRED
Unilever Business Knowledge
Special studies in Supply Chain related subjects.
FMCG experience
Planning and R&D Experience
