Director, Software Product Line Management, Automated Driving GroupThe Director of Software Product Line Management will lead a team of Product Managers and manage the software business for Intel's Automated Driving Group. This individual will be responsible for the following areas:- Feature requirements definition for all layers of software including drivers, SDK, middleware, OS and applications

Software roadmap definition and market timing- Marketing Requirements Documents and taking software products through Intel's new product approval process and gates- Working with Engineering teams both internally within Intel and externally with third parties to negotiate feature sets and performance metrics, and coordinate deliverables to insure market requirements are met in a timely manner- Negotiating licensing agreements with third party software providers- Managing ADG's software ecosystem partnerships and alliances- Articulating Intel's software value proposition to the Sales teams and customers- Influencing Automated Driving software trends in the industry- Working very closely with the Hardware Product Line Management team to insure complete and optimized platform solutions are delivered to the market- Align with Management on ADG business goals and strategy.

Qualifications

The Director of Software Product Line Management will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing, marketing, licensing and selling software products. Automotive and Software Engineering experience are a plus. The individual must:- Be a self-starter with strong communication and leadership skills- Have the ability to lean, inspire, motivate and rally to action- Have a solid understanding of the software-hardware interaction in system solutions- Work well in a team.
