The Head of GHI will be responsible to create a strategy to implement, deploy and test growth hacking for new user growth across eBay’s global user experience on web and mobile. He/she will innovate to drive growth through product optimizations, viral hooks, invite flows, and features. In addition, the team will test and evolve industry best practices for growth hacking. This is a unique opportunity to innovate across every aspect of eBay’s product and global businesses. The Head of GHI will be reporting to the Chief Product Architect and is a critical role in helping eBay achieve its vision of becoming where the world shops first.
Manage a self-contained agile team to implement growth hacking innovation.
Lead and create new innovative product features that drive virility.
Drive user growth strategies based on data patterns.

Develop innovative and scalable strategies to maximize growth.

Job Requirements:
Experience with PM efforts and small self-contained agile development teams.
Passionate empathy for the customer.
Deep experience in building highly engaging customer-centric software products.
10+ years of experience in a product definition and outcome leadership capacity.
Track record of leading the product vision of successful and widely respected consumer web and mobile products.
Commerce and/or consumer products background.
Demonstrated excellence in product management and agile development processes.
Software development full lifecycle ownership - responsible from product plan to customer release.
Experience and comfort presenting to executives.
Highly motivated to excel with an intrinsic drive for continuous improvement.
Willing to take risks and make decisions with imperfect information.
Build strong partnerships in a matrixed organization.
