The Director of Sales US Industrial Market, Enterprise & Commercial, North Atlantic region will be responsible for leading the development and execution of specific sales strategies to drive the adoption of IBM capabilities to help clients address business and technical objectives. This leader will be responsible for developing the strategies, understand industry drivers, bring proactive IBM solutions/ideas to address client business initiatives and leading the sales execution to revenue, profit, penetration, and customer satisfaction objectives.
The North Atlantic region is made up of accounts in the Aero & Automotive, Electronic, Chemical & Industrial Products industries. This leader will be responsible for helping to develop tighter, more aligned sales execution with our sales teams and business partners and will also be accountable for the development of executive relationships at the right level within our client enterprises. Responsible for driving financial results across IBM's entire portfolio in Industrial Market North Atlantic territory ("as a Service" (XaaS), revenue, profits, signings and client satisfaction). The job is diverse where the person needs to have strong background in all areas, can go deep in a particular market, be creative and ambidextrous in a fast paced business. Provide overall direction and management of several Client Leaders (non-executives) who have direct responsibility for Industrial Market accounts across various verticals and who are our client's single point of contact for all things IBM. Job will report to VP US Industrial - Enterprise & Commercial Market unit leader.
