Manage and monitor the close process ensuring quality financial statements and reports are delivered on time and in full.
Interact effectively with accounting staff to highlight issues and enthusiastically find solutions
Prepare, review, and approve balance sheet account reconciliations, consistently identifying potential issues and correcting them before period end.
You'll supervise accountants, in the preparation of schedules for month-end / quarter-end reporting package, and provide them with the right level of review, feedback and support.
Manage general accounting, accounts payable and payroll, driving professional excellence.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, as well as company procedures & policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Support Annual and Quarterly audit processes.
You'll score big, leading process improvement efforts. Streamline processes to effectively report financial results
Further an environment of continuous improvement to identify, develop and implement process changes to increase efficiency
Is This You?
You are an experienced accountant with a strong general accounting background
You have 8+ years of relevant experience, including an established record of success in more responsible supervisory/managerial positions.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls and financial reporting, required.
You have excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at a time in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
You have your CPA.
