As a member of the property's Leadership Committee, the Director of Sales & Marketing is a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership. He or she will position the hotel in the local marketplace through appropriate sales and marketing initiatives and ensure the hotel product and services align with the positioning and brand promise created through marketing communications.
The Director of Sales & Marketing has direct oversight of the Sales and Marketing operation of the hotel. He or she has responsibility of the Sales and Marketing Budget/P&L, revenue forecasting, advertising, marketing, developing and writing business plans, and ownership meetings. The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for the supervision of sales executives/managers, trainees, and administrative sales & marketing colleagues.

Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
The ideal Director of Sales & Marketing candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing with a proven track record of success.
