Cargotec’s Ethics and Compliance team is looking for a Director, Ethics & Compliance and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) support. In this role you will act as a subject matter expert supporting the M&A teams with identifying and assessing E&C risks as part of transactions, including supporting management on how to adequately remediate and manage the risks during

nature and extent of the allegations, and that the remedial activities conducted by the business
areas are adequate. You will act as a key user for Google Vault in conducting and managing
forensic investigation related searches and analyses.
The position we offer is full-time, includes frequent travelling, and is located preferably in Helsinki,
Rotterdam, Singapore or Shanghai. You will report to Vice President, Compliance
and Corporate Audit.
We expect you to have:
● A relevant M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree, e.g. in law, finance, or management.
● A minimum of 7 years of experience in auditing, compliance, forensics, and/or law.
● Experience in M&A transactions on emerging markets.
● Experience in managing and conducting complex forensic investigations, including data
analytics and eDiscovery.
● Knowledge of financial and organized crime, bribery and corruption, money laundering,
credit card frauds, and counterfeiting.
● A strong strategic approach to support both management and employees.
● Excellent execution, follow up, project management, and coordination skills.
● A highly organized approach to work, and the ability to manage multiple projects and
stakeholders at the same time.
● Excellent analytical skills with problem solving, as well as high inquisitive capacity.
● Excellent communication skills, strength of character, humility, and self-confidence. You are
also extremely reliable and able to work autonomously.
