Director Global Programs SMB Facebook Menlo Park

Job Description: • 2-minute read •
The Director, Global Programs - SMB is a new position. In this role, the leader will create, develop, and optimize programs to help our clients succeed and thus grow Facebook's advertising revenue. This covers a wide range of initiatives including long-tail channel marketing, outsourced / call center sales programs, account management, reactive customer service, and through third-party and channel partnerships. This opportunity incorporates digital and performance marketing, running operational teams, and extensive cross-functional work with product teams, analysts, and global client-facing teams. As such, the leader is empowered with global responsibility including revenue-line management, sales, marketing, partnerships, service, and operations.
Ideal candidates will have experience building scaled sales and service programs, overseeing complex operations, analytical marketing, recognizing patterns of success (and failure) quickly, and working cross-functionally. Success in this position requires a passion for leadership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. For clarity, this position does NOT manage the teams interacting with clients, as that is handled by our client-facing teams in each region.
