The Role & Responsibilities

Roku seeks an experienced, process-oriented leader to manage inventory and revenue operations for its advertising team. This senior role reports to the head of the advertising business at Roku.

Manage all aspects of our video inventory, including:
Supply & demand forecasting;
Avails requests;
Inventory reservation;
Yield optimization
Lead the improvement of our backend inventory management tools and processes, including:
Supply and demand tracking (Salesforce);
Integration of 3rd party ad serving, sales planning and financial systems;
Proprietary forecasting, analysis and optimization tools
Play a leading role in scaling Roku’s publisher network, including:
Publisher onboarding;
Publisher earnings, reporting and analytics
Provide critical sales insights into our business, including:
Revenue analytics: deal sizes, close rates, CPMs, sales by category, etc.;
Margin analytics: inventory costs, margin optimization, tech fees, etc.
Lead a small but growing team
Partner closely with sales, client services, BD, finance, and IT teams.
Experience/Qualifications

BA degree in Economics, Finance, and/or Mathematics preferred
5-7 years in an inventory management and/or sales operations role
Proven history of implementing and scaling the backoffice for a fast-growing ad team
Deep knowledge of ad tech, use of data, forecasting, and financial analytics
Comfortable working in a data-driven, software-driven organization
Excellent communications skills (PPT, email, presentations, in-person meetings)
Natural leader and collaborator that front-facing teams rely on to be successful
Nice to have: Experience at an ad network with a large publisher network
Nice to have: Experience in both direct and programmatic sales initiatives
Nice to have: Both big and small company experience.
