As the Director of Community Experience, you'll lead our Support and Integrity teams, defining and executing the vision for ensuring that people around the world get the problem solving support that they need to continue meeting up. Your primary responsibility will be to enable Meetup to grow at a faster rate by scaling out our current Community Experience structure and operations.
7+ years leading large (25+), customer facing teams
