As a member of the Siri EPM team, you will be responsible for shipping new Siri features to hundreds of millions of users around the world. 5+ years in a role leading cross-functional teams in product development (e.g. Program / Project / Product Management, or Business Analysis)
Self-motivated and Proactive, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization
Innate drive to improve how things work, with proven track record of driving dramatic improvements for team quality, performance, agility, or effectiveness
Proven capability to ship high quality features to customers
Description
* Drive and ship large, cross-functional projects and features from inception to delivery
* Oversee all aspects for multiple projects including specifications, scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation
* Be the voice of the customer - Champion features that create a smooth end-user experience
* Build relationships across the organization and facilitate communication between cross-divisional groups
* Communicate executive project status and coordinate product demos
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong technical proficiency, with experience and passion for speech recognition, search relevance, natural language processing and analytics
* Experience managing large server-based products
* Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
* Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations and drive actions
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies
* Bonus if you have prior programming experience (OS X, iOS, Ruby, etc.)
Education
BS/MS EE/CS/CE or equivalent
Additional Requirements
* 3-5 years of PM or engineering experience in search related field
* Past programming experience within a workplace or academic environment
