The iTunes and App Store teams are looking for a seasoned program manager to drive highly cross-functional payments projects, managing and driving relationships with partners internally and externally to provide more payment solutions to our customers. The Payments team is small and agile, and would like individuals who are result-oriented and striving for fast and scalable results.
- Strong proven program management skills
- Strong relationship building skills in a matrixes organization
- Technically strong to help manage designs and future-proof system and process designs as we go forward
- Enough technical skills to help identify gaps in Partner APIs, etc.
- Business-savvy with skills to identify contract, system, business or process gaps

- Great business-relationship skills to work with many partners, and keep everything organized and on-point
- Proven self-starter, who is pro-active and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities

Description
Responsibilities will include the following :
- Lead the effort to gather requirements from carriers and integrators, and work with engineering, finance and IT teams to deliver world class outcomes
- Manage the overall project for each round of implementations
- Strive for continuous improvements in processes across all partners and systems and day-to-day operations
- Streamline as many day-to-day operations as possible to avoid manual work
- Constantly review operational processes and systems to improve workflow and manual touch
- Design scalable solutions with internal and external partners
- Design a process for tracking agreed-SLAs and managing them
- Review contract-details with the appropriate teams to ensure all requirements are covered
Education
Graduate degree with related experience
