Responsibilities
•Provide support for Financial Advisors and their teams whose clients own positions in illiquid Alternative Investments. This includes responding to a heavy volume of phone call, email, and other inquiries.
•Build meaningful relationships with Financial Advisors and other stakeholders.
•Liaise with Sales, Product, and Operations to resolve issues and provide support as required.
•Work on special projects as needed
•Report and track service level metrics

Skills Required
•2+ years of Financial Services experience
•Excellent communication and listening skills
•Demonstrated ability to be adaptable, innovative and flexible in high paced team environment.
•Demonstrated relationship building skills with stakeholders, peers, and external parties.
•Knowledge of Alternative Investments, especially Hedge Funds is preferred.
•BS / BA degree in Business, Finance or Economics
