As a member of the Legacy Recordings marketing department, the Director, Digital Marketing & Partnerships will develop and implement digital marketing plans and strategies for a portfolio of global music artists.
Responsibilities:

Pitch digital lifestyle, music, social and technology partners to secure features, visibility and marketing opportunities.
Work closely and collaborate with internal stakeholders (primarily the market leads/product managers, publicity, social and content teams) to create innovative marketing and content initiatives with digital partners.
Seek out new digital opportunities and technologies to secure meaningful marketing presence for artists and projects.
Direct and manage any 3rd party/external digital marketing efforts and evaluate and present results of such efforts.
Attend and contribute to all relevant internal company meetings and provide department head with timely feedback and follow-up.
Prepare regular digital marketing and partnership status reports.
Keep the marketing department abreast of emerging technologies, platforms and potential partners.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of relevant and progressive digital marketing experience.
Passionate music fan with broad knowledge of music (across labels, genres and decades) and the current digital landscape.
Established network of relationships within the digital entertainment and media spaces.
Creative self-starter with ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding attention to organization and detail.
Highly effective organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, projects and clients in an ever evolving environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bi or multi-lingual language skills a plus.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
