Required Experience:
4 years physical therapy experience. Must include experience evaluating and treating muscular and skeletal injuries, clinical case management, staff supervision, and development of policies, budget and operations.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Valid NYS Physical Therapy License.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Membership in American Physical Therapy Association.
