In this critical team role, you will act as an overall project lead to coordinate strategic and complex projects across all relevant Public Sector staff members and work closely with them to solve project/process related challenges. YOu will provide regular status updates to all involved Public Sector parties to ensure full transparency and best possible alignment (Management Team, HTOM, Engineers, Customers, etc.).

- Identify critical risks within the project in time and proactively suggest solution to resolve the issue.
- Clearly document the project on an ongoing basis to ensure a clear understanding regarding roles and responsibilities within the team as well as at the interface to organizations and engaged partners.
- Identify and isolate key project/process challenges which need to be resolved to achieve improved efficiency within the Public Sector team
- Create Current State Analysis (e.g., data flow diagrams, business problem statements, cost-benefit analysis, and business process flow diagrams) Solution Proposal (e.g., FRD, mock-ups, needs analysis, conceptual design doc, business process flow diagrams, cost-benefit analysis, and business impact analysis)
- Prepare Meeting Documentation (e.g., action/to-do lists, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes)
- Prepare PLC Documentation (e.g., use-cases, business cases, conceptual design doc, IT value cases, risk analysis, stakeholder analysis, test plans, and testing results)
- Prepare Status and Tracking Documentation (e.g., progress reports, team updates, status requests, and resolved issues lists)

Who You Are
Our minimum requirements are the following:
- 10+ years related experience as a project manager within the Services / IT / SP industry
- Requires BS Business, CS or equivalent plus 10+ years experience, with minimum 5 years project lead/management. Professional PM Certification ESi, PMP or MS/MBA desired
