The candidate for this position, will provide leadership across IWS to drive the capabilities needed to align our business strategy with our technology deliverables. The role requires the candidate to have a strong understanding and experience with the program and project management discipline, business process re-engineering and business analysis concepts. The successful candidate must also be able to analyze and articulate the commercial impact of business decisions.

• Lead a team of business analysts, project and program managers to support strategic programs
• Perform detailed business analysis of key business functions and processes in order to understand and resolve current issues and develop/define the future state vision.
• Identify opportunities to refine business functions in order to improve client experience, increase efficiency and establish competitive differentiation.
• Define a strategic roadmap for future change and develop a plan to implement it.
• Lead strategic change management programs for the business units within IWS.
• Create the structure and controls to support the delivery of strategic programs.
• Deliver consistent and effective deployment of transformational initiatives through project management across business areas.
• Coordinate activities across project managers to ensure projects are executed strategically across wealth management and lessons learned are identified and implemented
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior leaders across the business and technology teams to drive alignment, enable change, and deliver success
Qualifications
• 10+ years’ experience of process improvement, business analysis, and project management experience. Knowledge related to the Wealth Management business preferred.
• Proven ability to manage delivery/execution of a wide range of tasks and initiatives
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams where there is no direct reporting chain.
• Have a proven ability to lead and multitask including oversight of several special projects and change initiatives
• Have proven experience developing partnerships with and successfully coordinating across various Business, Technology and Operations partners and stakeholders
• Strong listening and verbal/written communications with ability to tailor message to audience
• Proven ability to work across departments to influence others and build strong relationships
• Demonstrated leadership in setting strategy and driving an agenda
• Strong people and process management skills
• Ability to work independently and possess a strong sense of accountability/ownership
• Ability to use desktop tools to develop presentations for senior management-extensive experience with MS Office, particularly excel and PowerPoint
