• Serve as a Payroll Processor responsible for processing various types of actions into Human Resource Information Systems including, but not limited to: Payroll Documents, VLTP, Leave Audits, Child Support and Garnishment cases
• Use knowledge of Federal personnel and payroll regulations, policies, procedures and terminology to respond to inquiries and escalations
• Input detailed data in an electronic case management system (Siebel) while providing timely and accurate updates as needed
• Provides assistance to HR Reps orally and in writing
• Research personnel and payroll transactions using payroll data
