Director Workforce Intelligence: Total Rewards Nike Portland

As Director of Workforce Intelligence: Total Rewards, you will lead and manage Total Rewards insights and data in support of our overall Nike HR Team & Talent agenda and strategy. Supporting the Total Rewards Leadership team, you will provide data and insights to help tell the story and inform around Total Rewards program design and strategy. You will be a part of the evolution of our Workforce Intelligence team, representing Total Rewards and driving projects to a more sustainable and scalable solution. Working on the centralized Workforce Intelligence team, you will help to ensure all employee feedback and analyses are consistently captured and analyzed, within Total Rewards and across HR.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 5-7 years Total Rewards and/or HR insights and analytics work in support of strategic initiatives and/or executives
• Compensation and benefits background strongly preferred. Experience in program evaluation, conjoint, and pay equity analyses
• Experience capturing employee feedback, both qualitative information and quantitative data. Survey experience a plus
• Proven ability to sift through data, identify critical information, analyze, develop hypothesis and make recommendations to broader audiences; experience with statistical analysis
• Demonstrated ability to use data to influence decision-making
• Strong project management capabilities to manage multiple project streams and complexity; propensity for thinking through projects in a process-oriented way with flawless execution
• Prior experience synthesizing and packaging complex analyses to tell critical HR stories and inform key decisions to non-technical audiences including senior leadership teams
• Experience creating high quality and well-designed executive-ready presentations
• Ability to develop and maintain solid cross-functional partnerships across an HR organization (i.e. COE partners, etc.)
• Ability to perform in a high visibility/high stress environment (e.g. Board of Directors)
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Naturally curious and eager to assume responsibility and demonstrate initiative
• Experience handling sensitive and highly confidential material
• Discretion and good decision making are required
• Strong hands-on analytical skill set with experience working with varied analytics and reporting software (Tableau preferred)
• Demonstrated experience of working with HR systems (SAP experience preferred)
• Advanced working knowledge of R/SAS, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Previous Nike work experience is preferred
