Reporting to the Senior Director of Total Rewards Consulting for Nike Brand, Converse, Hurley & Jordan, the Director, Total Rewards Consulting will be responsible for the development and execution of the Total Rewards strategy for an assigned business unit(s), aligned with the overall global Total Rewards strategy and direction. This person will integrate the Global Compensation and Benefits agendas into their business unit(s) to present a unified Total Rewards voice and vision and create consumer ready solutions.

• Develop an appropriate Total Rewards segmentation strategy for assigned business unit(s) supporting our Talent Strategy, focusing on key employees, functions and teams
• Lead and direct the execution of key total rewards programs and processes within the business including offers, expatriate assignments, retention programs, equity awards, severance programs and job evaluations
• Influence the design and management of corporate and/or executive compensation programs, job evaluations, salary recommendations, and other compensation projects
• Establish an effective working relationship with HR Leadership for assigned business unit(s)
• Build holistic Total Rewards capability in both HR and leadership of assigned business unit(s)
• Coach and act as a trusted advisor to shape leadership thinking related to Total Rewards @ Nike
• Address talent planning needs and challenges within area of responsibility or within pipeline to ensure future growth and/or profitability
• Function as go-to-market arm of Total Rewards to effectively plan and manage transition management/communications efforts of programs and projects

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related disciplines required. Advanced degree is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible compensation and/or global wellness/benefits work spanning a full spectrum of Executive and Broad based Total Rewards related issues, including global job architecture, program design and oversight for all components of Total Rewards (salary, benefits, bonuses, stock, recognition).
• Prefer broad global Total Rewards and/or HR experience with retail frontline employees in both wholesale and Direct to Consumer environments
• Experience in developing innovative and engaging Total Rewards programs is strongly preferred
• Advanced level knowledge of trends and developments in compensation and benefits, including relevant legal issues
• Able to act as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may direct the work of other staff members when needed
