Role & Responsibilities
- Query raw WebEx, Spark, and Jabber utilization data from various disparate cloud-based data sources to produce a consolidated monthly scorecard that is able to show both ongoing trends and out of the norm events.
- Review scorecards that are produced by other team members to ensure that the data is properly rendered and error-free.

- Provide expertise on the underlying data structures and complexities of customer usage to our team and customers.
- Continuously define and add new reporting capabilities to differentiate our day two managed services reporting suite from "basic" WebEx reporting.
- Re-engineer existing reports to transition from using WebEx Report Center as the data source to using its replacement: SAP's Business Intelligence.
- Provide call-rated data files for customers that charge back to end-users or departments for service utilization.
- Track monthly data center and transport spends so that we can understand what if any impact these expenses could have on our operating margins.
- Review Telephony billing and expense reports and suggest options for reducing spend
Minimum Qualifications
● BS Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
● SQL - Expert
● Excel - Expert
● Excellent written and oral communications skills
● Comfortable presenting to a wide range of Cisco's largest enterprise customers, often at a director level
● Creative, self-motivated and self-directed
● Ability to understand and articulate technical information in a simple, concise manner
● Experience Using WebEx or equivalent voice/data conferencing services
● Willing to work flexible hours
Desired Skills
● CCNA - optional
● Python or other shell scripting - optional
● Hadoop or other large data storage and retrieval system - optional
● Knowledge of Cisco voice technologies
