The role of "Director – Visa Developer Program Management" within the Visa Developer Product organization will be expected to utilize their expertly honed project management skills to drive initiatives to completion, own how we govern and vet the onboarding of clients and commercialize new products and work with technology, marketing, analytics and other stakeholders to build out a state-of-the-art business intelligence engine to report out on the right metrics to the right stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
A strong base among areas such as project/program management, financial and budget management.
Must possess strong customer relationship management skills, including working in a global environment and interacting with senior management.
Must possess strong organizational and process management skills, ability to manage with influence in a highly matrixed environment.
Formalize and streamline the governance process by which new clients are vetted and onboarded to Visa Developer.
Determine and execute ongoing governance process for onboarded clients to monitor performance and usage
Manage the development of a state-of-the-art business intelligence engine to facilitate reporting of right metrics to right stakeholders.
Actively manage steering committee process and implementation with leaders across the company
Work with various teams (Legal, Pricing, Operations) to deliver contracts, pricing frameworks and other artifacts required to commercialize new products
Build close relationships between Visa Product, Sales, CSS, Legal and Technology Organizations.
Ensure all Visa standards, policies, and processes are observed and followed.
Qualifications
12+ years' experience working in program management
Knowledge of bringing new products to market
Passion for the payments industry
