The Product Management Director is the product owner for the subscription experience in Fox Networks Group (FNG) entertainment video apps and sites. He/she is responsible for launching, measuring and improving the key metrics that drive the new subscription business at FNG. The Director will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team, including partners/vendors, to build, prioritize and communicate the subscription product roadmap, including subscription conversion and upsell experiences. He/she will also manage functionality and solutions that support subscriber retention, internal billing, accounting, reporting and payment solutions.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing and growing a subscription product offering as well as technical, consumer software and user-facing product management skills. He/she is creative, analytical, data-driven, entrepreneurial, tenacious, and technically adept, brings strategic leadership to projects and contributes hands-on in order to get things done.

Collaborate with Marketing, Design and Technology teams to define business and product requirements, evaluate market trends, conduct competitive analysis, write user stories, create wireframes as necessary to inform architecture, product development and QA.
Product requirements, user stories, wireframes and other product documentation / artifacts.
Manage new product and feature roadmap for subscription features from strategic planning through implementation. Research/analyze new feature ideas for feasibility and business impact.
Product roadmap, business cases.
Develop and own tracking of key subscription-related key performance indicators.
Monthly reports on product performance.
Brainstorm and implement experiments and analyses with Marketing and other product managers to continuously improve customer acquisition and optimize the conversion and upsell funnels.

Qualifications
BA/BS undergraduate degree.
5-7 years of digital product management experience.
Domain experience in digital subscription products and payments. Experience shipping and iterating on digital subscription products.
Robust understanding of digital design and tech paradigms, and internet fundamentals in general.
Highly quantitative. Enjoys analyzing user data as well as designing and implementing experiments to determine the value of new features. Thinks about metrics and data collection before projects even start.
A natural leader. Able to synthesize many viewpoints and make hard decisions.
Extensive experience with A/B and multi-variate testing frameworks and tools
Steeped in agile product development methodologies.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Equally effective and influential communicator in formal and informal settings with senior executives, peers, marketers and technologists.
Superior ability to manage simultaneously short- and long-term projects, trading off resources to achieve company objectives.
A passion for TV.
Math skill required
Digital analytics tools (e.g. Localytics, Adobe Analytics), optimization tools (Optimizely), Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence.

Technical background – first-hand experience implementing web or mobile apps as a software engineer.
