Lead a team of 3 direct reports that defines the PepsiCo Away From Home (AFH) Portfolio and Marketing advantage vs. competition
Create insights-driven Marketing strategies that showcase how we bring the best of the PepsiCo Portfolio to life through customer-specific solutions
Showcase breadth of PepsiCo capabilties Insights, Digital expertise, Design, Partnerships & assets, etc.

Provide strategic oversight and support to the Insights team in the development of primary and secondary research plans to assist in creative development and sell-in
Mobilize brand, media and design partners to build and execute partnership solutions - spanning all Pepsi North America brands including Beverages, Snacks (Frito Lay), Nutrition (Tropicana, Gatorade), Culinary, AFH Innovation, and Equipment
Align senior AFH leadership on selling strategies
Deliver business winning Top-to-Top showcases that underscore the strength of the PepsiCo portfolio and marketing
Manage & lead Agency relationships to develop and execute partnership Marketing showcase

Qualifications:

BA or MBA with 10-15 years of experience in CPG or Foodservice industries
Strong leadership & strategic skills with ability to influence and understand varied points of view
Comfortable in fast-paced environment with competing priorities requiring high degree of agility
Excel in navigating within organizational matrix
Proven relationship building and communication skills with executive presence to interact with Sr. leadership (internally and externally)
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills inclusive of Customer facing experience
Proven expertise in creative Agency management and "Big idea" development
Experience in leading and developing direct reports
