The Director, Dupilumab HCP Marketing, Respiratory will lead execution of the US strategic business direction for Dupilumab Respiratory HCP Promotion. Demonstrated strategic agility with launching biologics and strong professional marketing experience is required. Responsibilities include strategic planning, development, and implementation of creative campaigns to ensure a launch positioning that is differentiated from the competition. In addition, this role will lead launch planning to ensure flawless coordination of launch activities across the organization.

• Brand lead for the Joint Regulatory Committee (JRC); oversee all JRC meetings and coordinate OPDP submission of launch materials.

• Lead launch planning: development of Sr. Leadership launch updates, coordinate launch meeting activities, development of sales force tactics, development of field sales business planning templates, and co-develop sales training material.
• Support the development and management of the Dupilumab Respiratory marketing budget.
• Work effectively within the established corporate and industry compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree and 5-10+ years product/brand management experience, and/or strategic marketing, commercial / business development with product launch experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA or Master’s Degree.
• A comprehensive understanding of the dynamics driving the US health care environment.
• Ability to quickly understand and communicate all clinical data / publications to support business objectives.
• Biologic product launch experience and a deep understanding of the respiratory market.
• Understanding of market research, creative development and experience with regulatory review/approval process.
