Manage the Go to Market Finance team at the global level and drive the planning and close activities. Busines partner for the sales operations VP. Key role to drive virtual team across the theaters for FP&A, and assure alignment on approach as well as leverage key reports and other information. Support the Sales leadership in providing various inforamtion prepared and presented in a "deck" that delivers key information crisply. Increase the "analysis" aspects of the role both in the team and globally mvoing away from just data and report development and publishing. Review and assess responsibilities and make process improvements leveraging the new capabilities and information avaialble after implementation of SAP. Take a leadership role in design and delivery of various key analyses and work with the FP&A teams in theaters and shared services to maximize what the vritual team delivers.

Finance or Accounting degree with 15 years experience.
FP&A in a global company with currency conversion and impact
Managerial experience
Business partnering in a finance role to non-finance executives
Solid understanding of GAAP accounting
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building a virtual team and leveraging those relationships to deliver results
Mid to large corporation responsible for global operations
Advanced degree or CPA preferred
Other Information:
Relocation is not avaqilable for this position
Travel requirements for the position <5% or less. Position will be in the Sunnyvale office but reporting to a remote manager
