The Partner Management lead for Diagnostic Imaging (DI) will develop & drive the strategies and actions for profitable growth through the leveraging of business partners, distributors & alternate channels for DI products & solutions.
This role has primary sales responsibilities including:
Business growth through the development of sales strategies, analytics and sales execution with partners;
Liaison with DI marketing teams to ensure product information is aligned to partner customer segments, communicated, marketing programs are being implemented

Leads the development and execution of strategic account plans documented within the Siemens CRM system to ensure achievement of assigned business goals. Develops / builds / cultivates long-term relationships with key management within the Partner organization.
Requirements & Capabilities
Healthineers sales management, sales channel strategy development, negotiation, & forecasting experience preferred.
Knowledge of Healthineers solution & product landscape preferred.
Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to drive results along with the Partner Management governance and leads in the other Business Areas.
Demonstrated success of driving sales workflow in a matrixed organization.
Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and develop customer/partner strategies.
Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross-functional problems
Demonstrates and applies comprehensive knowledge of Siemens capabilities, the customer’s needs and the competitors to be successful in growing revenue with the key account
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures of strategic account management. Formal Strategic Account Management training (i.e. – Miller Heiman) preferred.
Success in this role requires extensive knowledge of the relevant products, competitors and markets, and the willingness to aggressively pursue financial goals.
