The role will reside within the MRD Stress Testing function, and will be focused on documentation and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in market risk management, strong knowledge of financial products, and familiarity with Fed, OCC and SEC regulations. This candidate will ensure that the Stress Testing Documentation are per internal and regulatory standards and best practices, up to date, and effective in communicating the modelling and business risks of the firm. This role is located in New York.

-Document CCAR and other stress testing methodologies for Trading, Counterparty and CVA businesses
-Liaison with team members and modelers in completing documentation requirements under tight time pressure
-Maintain high degree of documentation standards per internal specifications and targeted to satisfy regulatory expectations
-Advisory role in design and implementation processes and procedures to ensure Stress Testing framework is compliant with new regulatory guidance and standards
-Liaise with team members, Technology and modelers within the Firm to ensure all regulatory deliverables are met with sufficient evidence.
-Ensure timely production of reporting for senior management related to regulatory exams and internal audits.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills required (essential)
-Minimum 7 years’ experience in Consulting, or a trading advisory role
-Candidates will be expected to show an understanding knowledge of market risk and traded products.
-Superior analytical thinking, and problem solving abilities
-Knowledge of Financial Services industry regulatory guidance
-Experience interacting with large bank/securities regulators
-Attention to detail, project management and organizational skills will be key in balancing daily deadlines with timely review and implementation of regulatory guidance.
-Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize; ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
-Ability to work in a small team environment, building and maintain a network of contacts and coordinating with a large number of stakeholders
