Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy that defines how social media marketing techniques will be applied to impact business objectives across all Georgia-Pacific consumer brands.
Work with Georgia-Pacific brands and capabilities to explore and identify role of social media into Brand experience strategy and creative campaigns to achieve brand objectives including which platforms, frequency of posting, targeting strategy, content strategy and calendar and measurement
Define key performance indicators and work with brand analytics and agencies to implement enterprise level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success
Build capability and provide training to category teams and senior leadership throughout the business on best practices for creating, managing, monitoring and developing content for social networks.
Apply marketing research and development methods to learn and understand emerging trends and technologies and to communicate this knowledge clearly and concisely. Provide POV on new and emerging social platforms.
Work with media team, content team, community managers and agencies to ensure key initiatives implemented across social channels.

What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
8+ years of marketing experience developing and managing integrated marketing and communications;
4+ years of social media experience (agency or manufacturer)
Experience with digital media, social media, email marketing, search, data driven marketing (CRM), ratings & reviews, & ecommerce

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree is preferred.
Social media experience at consumer product goods company (agency or CPG manufacturer)
Experience with creative development/production process and experience with media planning and buying process
