Namely is looking for a Director of Product Design to help us answer a challenging question: how do we build an HR platform that is that is highly engaging, easy to use, and differentiated in a competitive market? As Director of Product Design at Namely, you’ll work across the organization to strategize and implement superior product design. You’ll hire, develop, and lead a team of UX designers, establish best practices, and set design standards across the organization. Most importantly, you’ll be a champion for Namely’s users, and deliver the best user experience in the industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement a user-centered design and research strategy across the Namely product, drawing on customer feedback and insights
Establish a strong design culture at Namely - both within your team and throughout the organization
Lead a team of UX Designers, including hiring, managing, mentoring, and partnering with them to deliver results
Work collaboratively with other senior executives on product strategy, while also being an opinionated thought leader.
REQUIREMENTS

10+ years experience in Product Design, working on a complex product, ideally in the b2b space
5+ years of people management experience. Leading and mentoring a team is a critical part of this role.
Exceptional communication. You can lead and build consensus about strategy and design across the organization - from the c-suite to the contributors on your team.
Strong analytical skills. You know that great design involves research, metrics, and iteration.
A degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or related fields is a plus
