Director Digital Product Marketing NBCUniversal Media Universal City

Essential Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans for NBC’s owned and operated digital products including the NBC App on mobile, smart TV’s and connected TV devices
Responsible for revenue growth driven by consumption of NBC episodes and short form video content across NBC’s digital products
Grow user acquisition, video consumption, active users and lifetime value for NBC digital products

Manage CRM marketing initiatives including email, mobile push and in-App messaging strategies to improve customer experience and drive viewership
Use data driven analytics to optimize against goals and determine effectiveness
Work with distribution partners to increase downloads/installs, optimize for discovery and maximize video viewership
Develop marketing plans for additional NBC Digital products including show Apps and other digitally-lead initiatives
Work closely with Product, Design, UI/UX, Business Development and other NBC Digital teams to further initiatives
Coordinate with network Marketing, PR, Sales and other key internal groups within NBC Entertainment to maximize effectiveness and create efficiencies
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in digital marketing, digital product marketing or online video marketing
Eligibility Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred

Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.

Desired Characteristics:

Experience in results driven marketing with ability to illustrate clear success against goals
Knowledge in mobile (iOS and Android) App marketing including best practices and tools for marketing, messaging and measurement
Understanding of the digital video landscape including various content and distribution models (TVE, SVOD, etc.)
Experience working with key mobile and connected TV partners including Apple, Google, Roku, Microsoft and Amazon
Data driven-thinker who uses insights and analysis to guide strategies and make decisions
Ability to interface with colleagues from various disciplines including creative, technical and operations
Polished with excellent interpersonal, managerial and communication skills
Acute attention to detail and focus on delivering excellence
Flexibility and an ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
