Your role will be to provide the guidance to the design teams that ensures the integrity of that experience across platforms and products while building the Fidelity brand.

You, with the other creative directors, also take on the responsibility for creating and sustaining a vital design culture throughout UXD
You will be expected to lead workshops and training within your projects and in support of the evolution of our UX practice. The creative directors also serve as a change agents within the firm, identifying enterprise obstacles and building solutions to continually improve scale and efficiency
The Value You Deliver
Demonstrate expertise in leading platform/portfolio design exercises
Collaborate with creative directors and visual designers on other projects to ensure brand and experience consistency
Draw on the history, evolution, and trends in user experience to build design solutions
Drive vision and evolution of the UXD team through concrete contributions that improve overall reach, effectiveness, and efficiency
Set a north star that establishes high quality experiences for our customers, helping cross-functional teams identify and establish a standard of excellence
Interview and hire appropriate skill sets to build a well-balanced, innovation-driven team
