This OEM Business Development Director position is responsible for growing the pipeline of sales opportunities at their assigned customer for new aircraft / helicopter / ground vehicle / UAV, launch vehicle, etc. models, refresh on existing platforms with a focus on displacing competitors and tracking this pipeline through SFDC. This position requires extensive breadth, knowledge and experience within the assigned D&S customer. The OEM Business Development Director will be assigned to and positioned at the customer’s location.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree. In lieu of Bachelor’s Degree, minimum of 15 years Aerospace industry, product and sales experience will be considered
Minimum of 8 years Aerospace industry, product and sales experience
Minimum of 5 years Sales leadership experience with a track record of driving revenue growth
WE VALUE
Previous experience with / at Aerospace Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
Master’s degree preferred
Strong business acumen
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
