GrubHub is currently looking for a highly creative Senior Art Director to join our internal marketing creative team. As Senior Art Director, you will concept, design, produce, and oversee projects across traditional, B2B, CRM, social and digital media. You will be responsible for working as an integral part of the creative team, helping build the brand by delivering excellent ideas, superior design, and flawless execution. The Senior Art Director at GrubHub will work closely with the Creative Director developing concepts, organizing work flow, mentoring junior staff, and delivering the highest quality creative in an exciting tech driven environment.

Working hands-on to generate innovative and effective ideas to activate the brand. Brand Campaign localizations, CRM emails, B2B & corporate communications, social media campaigns, digital executions & customization, & direct response creative.
Delivering high quality creative in a fast paced environment
Managing multiple projects at once of varying size from concept through completion.
Collaborating effectively with media, CRM & B2B, sales, product marketing and insights teams, to create great work.
Deliver work on time & on budget.
Face challenge with optimism and strive for innovation and excellence in everything you do.
You Should Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Graphic design or related fields.
5-10 years experience delivering great marketing
Knowledge and experience in performing a variety of consumer & corporate creative assignments across all consumer facing touch-points including: digital, social, CRM & B2B
Exceptional design portfolio (with link) that demonstrates “big idea” conceptual thinking, a superior design sensibility and aesthetic and an ability to define, look, and feel for interactive experiences, with a keen eye for and proficiency in UI/UX design.
Strong working knowledge/proficiency with, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Google and MS office programs.
Knowledge/ proficiency with After Effects is a plus
Excellent organizations & presentation skills with the ability to articulate, present, and sell ideas.
Strong conceptual creative thinking.
Strong leadership skills and a passion for innovation.
