Operation Director is responsible for planning, developing, and directing bulk phone and accessory packaging operations to meet customers demand. Responsible for transportation and operational distribution activities to optimize distribution network. Directs Transportation network in the establishment of global strategies and maintains effective network design. Plans and directs activities related to bulk phone and accessory packaging procurement, production planning, warehouse operation, transportation.

Directs the daily operational activities of the distribution network directly through third parties at CHUB.
Plans, develops and directs to optimize inbound and outbound Logistics network to support rapid growth while maintaining cost effectiveness.
Directs logistics service providers and packaging material suppliers to maximize overall value and deliver lowest total landed costs while achieving best practice service and quality goals.
Oversees handset and accessory packaging operations and maintain LG standard quality level of packaging.
Lead the 3PL’s purchasing and quality team to assist in vendor management as well as cost innovations.
Manage transportation carriers to provide best quality of service while maintaining optimal transportation costs.
Manage bulk and accessory packaging production plans to meet the customer due dates and increase UPPH to maximize packaging saving amount.
Safeguards LG assets by managing and controlling packaging inventory for accuracy as well as monitoring and maintaining optimal DIO and long term inventory.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required
Minimum of 7 year of experience in packaging operation and production is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skill is required
Knowledge or experience in warehouse management and transportation is a plus
Knowledge or experience in procurement is a plus
Must be bilingual in Korean and English
