Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage our global People Operations Team within the Employee Success (ES) team.
Lead by example through coaching, teamwork, collaboration, transparency and strategic thinking.
Partner with our leaders across the organization to deliver engaging employee experiences by helping them build and develop their people and organizations.
Create and lead innovative strategy initiatives to engage employees, for organizational effectiveness, and positive retention, growth and development.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, effectiveness, and perceived value.
Engage employees through our committees, surveys, and communication on events.
Own ES projects that drive positive employee engagement.
Solve problems and quickly design and implement effective solutions.
Develop people management capacities, including coaching and providing career and role development advice.
Motivate, mentor and inspire others, especially those on your team.
Legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field (Master’s a plus) or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 8 years of increasing people operations responsibility experience, including 2 years in a management position.
Great oral and written communication skills - persuading, motivating, mediating, resolving, and negotiating.
Proven self-starter with foresight that is able to analyze issues and provide solutions.
Metrics-driven with an analytical mindset.
Must be able to think and act strategically, but also be willing to roll up your sleeves.
Must have demonstrated knowledge of state and federal employment law in a multi-state environment.
Must be highly organized, detail oriented, collaborative and have a sense of humor.
