Dir., Digital Insights and Strategy Role is responsible for creating Multi Channel communication (both F2F channel & digital) insights capabilities roadmap to drive reach, engagement and impact for our brands and portfolio using customers’ point of view. This person will provide day-to-day offline and online (digital/social media) campaign assessment and evaluation support for local markets and European region team and must have the ability to frame, investigate and answer key channel related business questions.

Responsibilities
o Develop best-in-class Digital/Social media assessment and evaluation practices and KPIs to maximize impact
o Develop short and long term multichannel (F2F & digital) content/communication research capability. roadmap to drive reach, engagement, acquisition, conversion and impact with the core customers.
o Serve as voice of the customer at every step of content ideation, creation, platform distribution and monetization processes to ensure country and portfolio content strategy is executed consistently.
o Develop role of online channels by measured impact and share and embed activation plan with the commercial teams across key markets.
o Identity critical online information needs for effective personalized campaign & content by key customer groups in Europe, Big 7 and 3 Cluster markets using an effective learning plan process.
o Support MCC team in developing/optimizing digital campaign plans and strategies into customer-facing stories that are built on data findings and holistic insights
o Drive wiring with key countries in Europe to ensure all colleagues have hands on understanding of digital insights capabilities, tools and processes.
o Coordinate and liaise digital communication and testing efforts across MCC, Sales and Marketing teams
o Identify new digital research and strategy partners; develop new and innovative measurement practices & KPIs and continuously evaluate new platforms from existing or new vendors.
o Support insights ecosystem that informs communication and content development for local markets
o Work with BAI & BT team to develop and test digital priorities for our most valued customers.
o Relentlessly advocate customer centricity from digital perspective with all internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
o Master’s level in Digital Marketing
o 10+ years professional experience
o 5+ year experience in Digital/Communications (Creation & Evaluation)
o 3+ year experience in Content Creation (offline and online channel)
o Agency experience a plus
o Pharma experience a plus
o CPG experience a plus
o MBA experience a plus
o Mastery of online media and content assessment tools (e.g. Nielsen, comScore, MRI, Simmons, EZtab, Google analytics, AdIndex/Link360/Cross Media/Site Index, Adobe analytics etc.)
o Strong knowledge of online/technology platforms
o Experience in project management practices & projects in a matrix environment
o Exposure to global markets a plus
o Outstanding communication, collaboration, influencing and strategic thinking skills
o Demonstrable skills in driving change and implementing new concepts/ideas
o Strong facilitation and presentation skills in conveying best practice and learning
o Ability to quickly establish relationships of trust and credibility with internal and external parties and to be seen as a partner to the business with a deep expertise in digital marketing and online communications
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:
10-20% travel required to Europe
