As a Wireless Systems Lab Manager you will plan, execute, and maintain lab facilities for cutting edge wireless product initiatives. The Wireless Systems Lab Manager role covers space planning and budgeting, power and electrical requirements, networking requirements, and state of the art wireless test and validation infrastructure for wireless product teams driving innovation in next generation wireless technologies.

Responsibilities
Manage lab space planning and lab budgeting for Wireless product teams.
Develop electrical and HVAC requirements for test infrastructure.
Plan for lab networking requirements.
Learn infrastructure needs for state of the art wireless test and validation infrastructure.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in wireless communications lab management.
Wireless networking product development and test experience.
Facilities experience, including electrical, HVAC, and networking support.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience with RF design and characterization at a block diagram level.
Experience with SW automation for test.
Broad understanding of RF systems and characterization.
Familiarity with antenna design and test.
