In this highly collaborative role, you will:
● Help to understand the business risks facing the organization and set risk management strategies
● Partner with Business Functions to determine risk appetite and drive change, including partnering with internal and external legal on claims and claims management function

● Assist with oversight of risk transfer portfolio, captive insurance company strategy, review and development, if it makes sense for Cisco and developing senior level relationships and setting expectations
Minimum Qualifications
● A minimum of 7+ years relevant commercial insurance and/or risk management experience
● MBA or degree in business, finance and/or a Master’s degree and/or a Bachelors degree in Insurance, Risk Management
● Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and/or Associate in Risk Management Designations a plus
● Extensive knowledge of and experience in the commercial insurance markets
● A recognized leader, who is dynamic, proactive and decisive
● Adapts well to and initiates change in the organization and seeks ways to optimize risks in the organization as a competitive advantage
