What we expect from you:
Partner with TA leadership team to transform the in-house executive search team and function into a highly effective, dependable and valued team at UA
Support the strategic direction to reduce usage of retained & contingent search firms
Lead full cycle, direct hire, recruiting for VP and above roles globally, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and internal hiring community experience
Lead a centralized executive referral management, tracking and exploratory interviewing process
In partnership with HRIS, enable a centralized executive candidate management platform as a key transformational vehicle for global candidate management tool
Partner with Sr. Director of Executive Recruiting to record and assess all executive search agency performance, and develop a preferred firm engagement strategy
Support the strategic services and capabilities for conducting competitive research, regional and market intelligence, talent mapping etc.
Have knowledge of various sourcing and candidate relationship management tools and developing targeted, localized by region recruiting strategies and a history of making data driven decisions in either corporate or agency environments
Support the execution of large scale recruitment initiatives across global office locations
Work cross-functionally with Human Resources business partners on hiring strategies, compensation plans and headcount planning
Develop global executive talent communities and maintain strong working relationships with Under Armour executive leadership teams, external search partners, candidates and external community organizations to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility
Ensure the hiring process/hiring managers complies with Under Armour policies and procedures and with employment laws and regulations (ie- OFCCP and EEOC regulations)
Drive innovation by developing strategies, including enhancing diverse recruitment efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

7+ years of Recruiting experience (3 years leading Executive Level searches)
Deliver unrivaled, high-level recruiting support to Hiring managers, HR business partners, and functional leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets
Experience implementing Talent Acquisition process improvements and leading project work.
Knowledge of recruiting metrics, assessment tools and techniques.
Experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment
Experience working with current best practices and industry trends in functional area.
Successful track record in building and maintaining relationships (confidence and credibility) at all levels of the organization.

Position will be located in our HQ, Tide Point location
Reports solid line into our Sr. Director, Global Executive Talent Acquisition
Will share one direct report (Executive Coordinator)
