The candidate for this role will sit on Corporate Servicing team, and be responsible for both independent and team work. The director will be responsible for daily supervision and approval of tasks, regulatory items and oversight of the team.
-Management of team completing day-to-day processing, such as payment reconciliation, servicing oversight, and resolve vendor escalations
-Review and Maintain and abide by detailed and standardized procedures
-Recognize and escalate issues to actively mitigate the risk to the Firm
-Support trading desk and primary desk as needed
-Manage special project tasks as required
-Manage risk and controls
-Mentor Jr. Staff
-Train Employees
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
-Must have prior management experience managing a team of 5+ people
-Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
-Must be willing to work OT as needed
-Prior Loans experience preferred
-Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload for the team and themself

-Manage risk and controls
-Must be able to write and procedures and checklists

-Bachelor’s degree required
-5-7 years of managing a high volume transactions team with tight deadlines required
-Previous Operations background required
-At least 3 years in financial services required
-Strong business writing skills for procedure documentation, senior management presentations and email communication are required
-Previous Loans experience strongly preferred
-Previous regulatory/risk experience strongly preferred
-Must be willing to work long hours to meet deadlines
-Must be able to performance manage low performers and train new staff members
