In your role you will:
- Lead strategic and functional initiatives for Service Delivery Center (SDC);
- Manage operations & maintenance activities and priorities for the site;
- Develop and cascade employee engagement strategies throughout site;
- Oversee site budget and contract to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are achieved;
- Develop and assume accountability for strategic Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) initiatives;
- Lead by example to ensure Manager/Supervisor are fostering a “work-safe” culture;
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with employees and the customer;
- Ensure that employees deliver service by meeting performance objectives;
- Coach, counsel, and develop employees.
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related discipline; a Master’s degree would be considered an asset;
- You possess at least ten (10) years of relevant management experience in a service-delivery role;
- You possess strong leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills;
- You demonstrate the ability to interpret financial and performance data;
- You demonstrate critical attention to detail and deadlines, and are self-motivated;
- You adapt well to change in direction and priorities in a project and deadline-oriented environment;
- You possess strong organizational and prioritization skills;
- You can operate independently while establishing strong working relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams;
- Your written and verbal English communication skills are excellent;
- You demonstrate flexibility to work a variety of hours as business demands, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
