As the DTC Stores Supply Chain Program Director, you will partner directly with DTC Supply Chain and Fulfillment leaders from all Geographies and Technology teams to successfully develop and deploy strategic capabilities that improve the stores supply chain and consumer experience.
In this role you will be responsible for working with Global and Geography teams to:

Co-Deliver capabilities that connect process design and execution, people and technology and is globally consistent & locally relevant.
Partner with project sponsors and customers to generate alignment on project scope and business benefits.
Facilitate the analysis of current and future state complex supply chain capabilities - requirements, processes, solutions, and people/organization, and drive alignment on solution development.
Manage cost, schedule and performance, oversee scope and change control, identify risks and mitigation strategies, manage project schedules and task assignments, and own delivery of the business capabilities on schedule with quality on budget.
Develop and activate realistic implementation and transition plans, including resource considerations aligned with the larger organization and taking into consideration other initiatives.
Develop and facilitate Global strategy development workshops.
In addition, you will

Work with relevant forums such as steering committees, VCSC, PMO, etc… to keep the project moving forward including preparation of relevant materials and be a visible lead for communications with those forums and stakeholders.
Promote and apply lean/process excellence principles, methodologies and tools and develop new supporting tools and model where relevant. 731237 Qualifications Qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics/Supply Chain, or a related field.
8 years experience with supply chain, logistics, transportation or customer operations.
Knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain; both tactical/operational and strategic.
Project management, with supply chain technology experience (ERP, EDI, WMS), etc..) a big plus.
5 years project/program management experience delivering regional/geo projects with cross functional experience a must.
5 years experience with formal project management, transition management, and lean/process excellence methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills including demonstrated networking and influencing skills that can drive change in a collaborative manner.
Travel: 10% as this role will participate in cross-Geo and global workshops that will periodically be out of the state or out of the country.
