This role is responsible for developing the Ultrasound strategic vision for digital marketing and designing rapid pilots, scale-able programs and robust plans and roll-out across the disciplines of eCommerce, Virtual Sales Demo digital platforms; Virtual, On-demand Education digital platform and 360 Campaigns. The Director will advise, build a digital mix of sales tools, social media, search and paid campaigns.

• Lead the deployment of GE digital platforms in Ultrasound; work with GE Healthcare Digital, IT teams to pilot and co-build platforms for Ultrasound
• eCommerce, Virtual Sales Demo digital platforms: Leverage GE platforms or co-build new platforms
• Develop strategic plan, identify vendor(s) and rapid pilots in Ultrasound, lead scaling of commercial platforms across Ultrasound product teams and regions
• Virtual, on-demand Education digital platform: Leverage GE platforms or co-build new platforms
• Work closely with Ultrasound Education team to develop digital deployment strategy for virtual, on-demand education
• Develop strategic plan, identify vendor(s) and rapid pilots in Ultrasound, lead scaling of education platforms across Ultrasound product teams and regions
• 360 Campaigns: Advise, build effective digital mix of sales tools, social media, search and paid campaigns that ensure greatest effectiveness for customers and ROI for the business
• Identify vendor(s) and rapid pilots in Ultrasound, lead scaling across Ultrasound product teams and regions
• Recommend and co-build platforms for digital sales tools: tablet presentations, mobile apps, Lead social media strategy: manage social listening, identify rapid pilots, train social media spokespeople, scale paid social campaigns working closely with Ad & Promo, regional marketing teams
• Manage and optimize paid search (SEM) programs across multiple search engines including Google, Yahoo, Bing and regional search engines such as Baidu working closely with the GE Corporate, GE Healthcare Digital search vendors, Work with GE Healthcare web and Ad & Promo teams for search engine optimization (SEO) for ge healthcare.com Ultrasound pages
• Advise Ad & Promo, regions on the placement, performance of online advertisements
• Lead development of critical web/digital operating mechanisms and processes to ensure compliance and consistency with high-level GE
• Healthcare Ultrasound goals and objectives across the business and define metrics to measure success
• Coordinate, manage appropriate vendors on various projects
• Work with regional exhibits team to leverage digital programs for events
• Stay up to date and comprehend Global digital trends and strategies. Ensure Ultrasound is adhering to modern best practices for digital marketing tactics
• Develop and host digital learning sessions across Ultrasound Ad & Promo, Marketers
Qualifikationen/Anforderungen Quality Specific Goals:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising
• Minimum 7 years’ of experience in digital marketing, social media, web
• Minimum 7 years' of experience executing creative, attention-getting, coordinated marketing campaigns
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with and managing third party agencies tasked with creative responsibilities for marketing campaigns, and development of digital platforms
• Travel required

• Self-starter able to take projects from strategy through to execution with a high attention for detail coupled with constant innovation & process improvements
