Job Description:
Cisco Meraki is seeking a highly entrepreneurial Sr. Manager to lead our global distribution team in rapidly scaling our business through Cisco distributors. Leading a growing team of 6 - 10 Distribution Account Managers based in North America, LATAM, Europe, and APJ, you will be responsible for generating passion and enthusiasm for Cisco Meraki amongst our distributor and partner community, fostering a desire to sell Cisco Meraki products, problem solving with our operations team to enable smooth transactions, and driving partner-led revenue.

This position reports to the Sr. Director of Meraki Worldwide Channels and is preferably based in San Francisco, CA. We’ll also consider candidates who work from a home office in the US with the ability to travel >50% of the time.
Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire and motivate a team of Distribution Account Managers
Support and strengthen executive, sales, marketing, and operations-level relationships with distributors
Drive logistical, technical and sales readiness within distribution
Implement marketing and market development plans with assigned distributors to drive 2-Tier revenue growth
Communicate programs, promotions, and product launches to Distribution sales teams and analyze trends
Communicate effectively across Cisco and distributors
Qualifications:
Strong leadership experience with proven track record of effectiveness
Prefer previous experience working with IT Distributors
Strong communication and presentation skills, strong negotiation and closing skills
Able to travel 50% of time
