Job Description:
The Project Director is the team leader who can manage the architectural teams during the documentation and construction phases to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
Primary Responsibilities and Functions:
· Organizes project teams throughout the documentation and construction phases

· Manages schedules with teams
· Communicates on a daily basis with client and contractors
· Able to speak / present in front of large groups of people
· Completes 3 rd level reviews on all outgoing projects
· Markets DFA to existing and prospective clients
· Reviews internal labor budgets with account management staff
· Manages projections for future budget forecasts
Education/Experience/Skills:
· 4 year degree from related college (architecture, engineering, construction)
· 15 plus years experience in retail architecture or construction.
