Juniper Village at Meadville In located in Meadville PA is seeking a dynamic nurse leader for the role of Director of Wellness to manage all clinical services and care standards/outcomes. This leader reports to the Executive Director of the community and manages a staff of approximately 25 care staff.
Primary care documentation
Coordination of medical services
Interface with care partners and referral sources
Staff hiring, assignments, training, evaluation and scheduling
Must Have
Licensed PA Nurse (RN or LPN)
3-5 yrs progressive nursing experience with leadership assignments
passion for senior care
computer literacy
experience with electronic medical health records
