Amazon Web Services is looking for experienced product leaders to help us define and build the future of computing. The AWS Elastic Block Store (EBS) service delivers high performance virtualized EC2 storage "in the cloud" with customers ranging from startups to well-known enterprises. As a member of the EBS team you'll join other outstanding product and engineering leaders to work hard, have fun, and create the future of cloud storage.
We are looking for a broad leader who will own and drive a new networked storage offering. You will have strong ownership over creating a new line of business, including P&L, product definition, engineering development and operations, adoption, feature prioritization, product management, pricing, sales enablement, and team development. You'll work closely with a tight, agile team that ships and you will be able to see the impact your work has on real customers. This is a GM level role that will interact with all levels of AWS and Amazon.com business.

You will be customer centric and enjoy working in a fast paced environment that requires strong technical and business judgment and great communication skills.
10+ years of business management experience preferably with internet business experience.
7+ years experience with building and leading product teams with an emphasis on scaling them to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business.
5+ years of experience managing software development teams and shipping software-based products or services.
Strong analytic and quantitative analysis skills.
