Job Description
Set and lead the processes, operations and outputs of the NA Shopper Science Lab facility. This facility represents a $5million capital commitment for the company.

Be the external voice for the NA Shopper Science Lab facility so that the technological, commercial and research capabilities within the Lab can be communicated and leveraged with key external stakeholders.

Establish the Shopper Science capability as a key commercial service and expand the operations as required – delivering value to the NA CH business.

Share and reapply best practice with the European Shopper Science Lab to ensure that ways of working, processes and executions are quickly leveraged and optimized.

• Service Development – Responsible for developing the service, processes and organization in order to deliver the vision
• Service management – Accountable for excellent ongoing operations of the NA Shopper Science Lab, specifically ensuring a high utilization of the facility and ROI
• Innovation – Responsible for developing an innovation framework that will ensure continuous improvement across the full range of capabilities.
• People management - Manage the technical and facilities staff in the NA facility
• Tracking and measurement – Manage the tracking and measurement process to ensure that the Lab is delivering sustainable ROI to the NA business.
• Partnership management – Responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining the critical relationships for the successful operation and development of the Shopper Science Lab capability. This will include close cooperation with the Consumer Sensory Lab which is located on the sames florr as the NA SSL. • Bachelors Degree
• 10 years in FMCG environment working in the Sales/Marketing/Insight functions with experience of creating new capability in a complex organization, experience with creating business services and experience managing innovation facilities.
• Experience of managing people with line management roles.
